Debbie Love referred us to the extra large rubber bands that you can get at any office supply store. They're like an inch wide and work perfect for putting around their ankles.

My coaches always taped my ankles together... That's coaching in the early 00's for ya.

That's what CP uses. She also ties two together and puts them on her ankles as resistance for practicing jumps.

My CP's tumble coach had her doing them holding a hockey puck between her feet to keep them together.

They made CP8 hold a foam block between her feet from the pit. I like the dollar idea better... She can start paying her own way. ;)

We used foam blocks when I was in gymnastics! And we used pretend dollars but real dollars would have been wayyyy better!
