Level 1 Inversion

So I was watching the Ting Tings from Rockstar cheer at the Summit and saw them do this back bridge moving transition stunt/Pyramid? : at about 0:03 ... It looks awesome, but i'm curious to how it is legal? Is it because it is considered perhaps as a pyramid? I thought any inversion in a stunt/pyramid in level 1 was illegal.

I could be completely wrong but I believe I saw this discussed before. USASF defines an inversion as a skill where at least one foot is above the head and hips. So because both feet are in a bases hands and neither is above hip or head level it is legal.
