:help: Can anyone think of any creative load ins/dismounts for a level 1 team. After losing my 3 best tumblers, I have to drop to level 2 with only 2 weeks before we compete

Quarter ups are legal. We have done elevators. Is tumbling out of a cradled dismount legal? Like cartwheel out of the cradle.

I don't know if you have double base groups or quads or what but:

I've seen level one switch-ups

you could back walkover into the bases hands (on the ground) then lift.

I don't know what to call it but you could have the main base holding the foot while the back spot and secondary base hold too persons arms they all dip and lift controlling it as the top person sit as if to do a backwards roll, rolls back halfway ten rolls back to the group with the assistance of the two with arm/ hand connection directly up into a 1/4 up to some sort of single legged stunt.
( if you're able to visualize any of that)

1/4 switch-up to one leg

Depending on the number of people in the group and what you wanted to do you could pretty much make any release move legal for level one.

You can tumble out of a cradle as long as the top person contacts the ground beforehand and maintains contact until such point as they've passed through the inverted position.

Essentially level two minus extended stunts with exception to pyramids and obviously level at which a stunt can be held.

Thank you!!! I visualized these and this may not be as bad as I originally thought

Yeah you real just have to okay around with different things. Like that rolly poly thing I was trying to explain.
My senior twos stunt may as well be level 5 minus the obvious legality differences.

I basically just think "what would I choreograph for my team or a level 5 team I'm working with?" and do whatever I can to make it legal at a lower level if possible.
