I'm looking for some help here -
I am looking for some help in find any video that shows a team doing a cheer with some girls in shoulder sits doing motions while girls on the ground do motions as well.

I know all star doesn't do cheers anymore but it could be an old video from when they did ? I'm also aware this is all star thread but I know there are some all star professional private investigators out there !

I am trying to show my other coach a video of this as we are hoping to do something like this in our choreo!

Fair enough it may not be the best example but the only one I could think of off of the top of my head was from ICU Worlds Team Scotland. In the video its 0.13 to 0.29 seconds.

I can't think of specific examples which I know sucks but I know at NCA nationals in Large coed shoulder sits with motions happen ALL THE TIME. Like if you went and picked 3 random teams at prelims one probably would have it.
