- Experienced All Star Coach in skill progression and developement
- Train and supervise All Star Coaches and Squad Coaches
- Communicate with Parents, organize parent meetings and teams
- Manage uniform ordering
- Create and manage All Star budget and competition budget
- Create and cheorograph All Star routines
- Plan all competitions during season
- Lead and organize fundraisers for competition season
- Pay based on experience (range 30K - 32K, along with privates and coaching school squads too!)
