Male Athletes..are They Actively Recruited By Your Gym, By Word Of Mouth Or Your Gym Has None?

Always interesting to see gyms with tons of boys and those that have none.

ACE is always actively recruiting guys. Generally it's not the coaches, but the other athletes.

a lot of times when one guy comes to one team many will come with him so i'd say by word of mouth.

My current gym has none. they used to have a few, then management changed around, and I don't know what happened.
I know that when I was with CEA, we usually had a Senior CoEd 3 at my gym, and it was crazy to see who got recruited just by word of mouth. We had one kid, he was over 6 feet tall, and was a serious athlete, (not saying we're not athletes, because we most definetley ARE!) but he played about every sport, and his sister was on senior 3, and she told him to come, and he did, and he loved it. he later brought some friends and they were all naturals.
I think word of mouth is easiest in recruiting guys!

Define "recruiting." I think boys are in high demand, and (I would assume) get financial breaks more often than not. But as far as going someplace to specifically scope out and make offers/invitations to male cheerleaders, I don't know.
