All-Star Mental Blocks?

A good tumbling coach who is aware of her teams mentality should be able to sense when a child is on the verge of having a block. The child will usually stand in the back of the line, sometimes trying to skip some turns if they can get away with it. When it's their turn to do their pass they will take ten years before they go for it. They bail often. They cry. They get stomach aches. When this starts to happen, the child needs a spot for awhile even if they know how to throw the skill on their own. I think alot of mental blocks could be avoided if the instructor's would be more aware of a child's stress situation.
