How are you planning to host these services? Webex, Live Meeting, something else? And will whatever you're planning to use be easily accessible via smartphones or other mobile technology?
Do you see archives being the same price, or is the $4.99 to attend the live session and a lesser prices to watch the recordings?
Rather than a moderated free-for-all, would it be better to have each speaker have a brief presentation (10-15 minutes) with the remainder of the time afterwards for questions? I'm thinking of this like the "lunch and learns" they always offer where I work.
Just some thoughts. :)
Like chyeeaaa69 said-- judging seminars could be great. I'd pay more than just $5 for that for sure. You could have well-versed veteran judges from the big brands (jam, varsity, others?) give real breakdowns and expectations for what is needed. I know a few do that already, but I don't think we get enough of it.
