I think it's a great idea! And if the questions are submittted prior to there's a great format to the webinar. Kudos! Can't wait to see how this forms.

I would love this, even if i had to stay up all night.
Even if i won't ask questions myself, i guess i could learn a lot out of this concept.

How are you planning to host these services? Webex, Live Meeting, something else? And will whatever you're planning to use be easily accessible via smartphones or other mobile technology?

Do you see archives being the same price, or is the $4.99 to attend the live session and a lesser prices to watch the recordings?

Rather than a moderated free-for-all, would it be better to have each speaker have a brief presentation (10-15 minutes) with the remainder of the time afterwards for questions? I'm thinking of this like the "lunch and learns" they always offer where I work.

Just some thoughts. :)

The response I have had to this idea overall has been quite impressive. People seem to really like this idea more than I had thought they would. I just need to get the technology working.

Like chyeeaaa69 said-- judging seminars could be great. I'd pay more than just $5 for that for sure. You could have well-versed veteran judges from the big brands (jam, varsity, others?) give real breakdowns and expectations for what is needed. I know a few do that already, but I don't think we get enough of it.

As a parent I would LOVE this!

I'm predicting a homerun on this one!! Great idea!

I love this idea. I think it would be beneficial give people the ability to access past Webinars if possible (I'm not really sure how these work)... Host them somewhere and have an "all access" price in addition to the single viewing price. Being able to constantly access this sort of information would be so incredibly valuable to so many people. Even if people "attend" the initial webinar, there might be information in there that they might want to go back and see again.

Ok so I have a way now to view all the videos after they are done. My idea is $50 bucks (non-recurring)for a year to have access to all the webinar videos(they would be domain limited so you couldn't watch them outside of the sub forum) or $5 a webinar. Seats would be limited (to ensure quality). I would rather have less people but everyone have a good solid connection and clear video than 10,000 people and it keeps messing up.

Working on the technology part. I will probably have a test webinar in the next couple weeks. Basically you would buy the webinar for $0.00, get a user and password, then login and test out the system.

If this is worth doing it is worth doing correctly.
