Name That Stunt

I've seen several teams do this, but don't know the name for it.

The flyer has her leg up like it would be in a heel stretch, but her arms are behind her back, the left one wrapped around the heel stretched leg and fingers laced together behind the back. Is there a name for this?

Okay, next challenge. What do you call it when your arms are out to the side, not laced behind your back? We call it a released bow or a free stretch...

We call the first a paperclip and BowCat we call the one you mentioned a super stretch or a power stretch.

The first one I've heard reverse grab and flamingo. but, i prefer reverse grab.
The second I've heard free stretch.

There is an actual name for it. Not a pretzel or paperclip. I know people who cheer at the gym where it was made up. I don't know her name off hand but it was named after her. Now, that gym just calls it a v-hug or vagina hugger.

Haha yeah at least the people at the gym where it was made up. Or v-hug to make it more appropriate.

Well it has a legit name. It's named after the girl who made it up. I can't remember her name though. It's just what some of the girls on teams with older girls call it.

It's named after her, but you can't remember her name, but it's "legit" name is vagina hugger. Anyone else confused?
