Music Need Someone That Can Remix A Remix

So I actually had music made for last year but we ended up not competing so I'm wanting to re-use it for this year...but...I need it altered. Any ideas who would be the best for a fair price? All I'm basically needing is a song cut out and a voiceover added. Nothing major. Thanks
