Ever think it's not all about YOUR child?
Just to throw fuel on the fire...everyone can hop on Fierceboard all day long and post about how this is a team sport blah blah blah. But there's not a mom on here that isn't all about their own child. I'm calling BS on those of you that say otherwise. I hear you all talking when you're not on here. Don't even try for one minute to say that you don't get upset about things that affect your child, even if they're "for the good of the team". So to answer the question, no. I'm sure she didn't think that, because in her world it is all about her child. Just like in my world it's all about my children. As I'm sure it is in everyone else's, despite what you all post on here.
Yep. I said it. Now I'm off to school...so fire away.
Can anyone help me with this/have any ideas on what to do?
I'm a college student and I work while I'm at school (at our technology help desk). I also have a job at home at our local BOCES packing science kits for teachers who teach K-6. It's really only a full time summer job but my supervisor said to the kids working there over the summer (there were only 6 of us) that if we were up to working over winter break, we should send her an email saying we were interested and, depending on if they had work for us, they could have us come in and work. I emailed her and she said since we did such a great job this summer (aka since we packed sooo many science kits) there isn't much to do so they weren't going to hire anyone over the winter, which I completely understand.
But here's the thing, I still need to work over break. I cannot sit at home for a month and not do anything. So anyone have any ideas of jobs that are good for college students that will be home for about only a month? I've looked into temporary jobs around my hometown and most of them are retail (Macy's, JC Penny's, etc) which I don't have a problem with, I just am not a fan of retail because I don't have control over my hours (I'd like at least 20 hours a week) but if thats all there is, I'll take it. Any ideas guys? I'm desperate!
Sign up with a temp agency. They can get you office work, retail (as you know), banquet work (probably the most money - I've made a small fortune working Christmas parties and weddings). That's the best I got. Good luck!
They actually have them without the blue! Anyways, they MIGHT look cute if they were on a little girl. But come on, IT COMES IN WOMENS SIZES!good question. Maybe they could have gotten away with the zebra if there was no team boarder (is that the right form of that word? ) but otherwise it's a no.
And I guess I owe big thanks to Trinity for providing me so much entertainment today. I'm sitting at home 2 days after acl/mesiscus surgery and the boards kept me very entertained hah
Maybe someone should suggest that CEA get them as part of their warm ups?Sites-UGG-US-Site
WHAT WERE THEY THINKING WHEN THEY DESIGNED THESE?
No one will wear them.
ETA: if you can't see it
