So i'm at home, sick. And my parents are out shopping for my christmas gifts.
My mom just texted me asking what size shirt i wear...
My mom is NOT great at picking out cute shirts....:eek:

It's almost been a year since one of my friends passed away from a car accident. I can't believe it's been that long... everytime i think of it, it feels like yesterday that I got a phone call from my best friend at 4 a.m. saying she passed. My school is having a pink out for her on Friday at our school's rivalry game, which is the day the wreck happened but she didn't pass away until the 16th which is a Sunday.. :( We're using pink poms and wearing pink bows and bloomers. Even though I'll be in the stands since i can't cheer, i know the boys are going to win the game for her. Sorry i'm just going on... i just really miss her. And I'm also upset because I made tshirts for her last year and the only one i didn't sell is an Adult XL... i wear a youth large in shirts... oh well they're gorgeous! thought i would share:) sorry for the long message and picture hugeness!

I ventured out to Target today for the first time, and they carry produce and meat.. like whatttttt?! I'm over here thinking this Target is crazy, lol.

Some do, some don't. We have two in our area. One has all the produce and dairy and frozen foods as well as a Starbucks, and the other one has just regular Target fare.

What grade do you start visiting colleges? I have a 10th grader, is that too soon?

no way! now is a perfect time to start (or this summer.) My dad and I planned a few road trips to visit potential schools in the summers and it was a lot of fun. it was good bonding time and i went into senior year knowing where i was applying.

now is an especially good time if CP is looking anywhere requiring a flight or verrrry long drive, so you can find time to travel to the further ones.

I think NOT cheering and having to rest has made my back hurt worse than it did cheering... Its so weird...

Thank you! I'm excited and dreading it at the same time! Not CP's turn yet, but my baby boy. This can't be real yet! Haha. Thank goodness he wants to be fairly close to home

Okay, I just need to vent for two minutes. 1. I'm tire of getting new kids on my team. If I have to change one more formation or put one more person into something I'm ping to scream. I need to focus on the kids I have. They finally had a phenomenal performance this weekend and now I need to add 4 more potentially 6 more kids into my routine. Also, I'm tired of getting stuck with kids who don't have skills. That's not gonna cut it.

Second. We have these people we call "the ninjas" who come to our gym every day. So tonight after I was done with privates I was helping some of the kids out and I was tumbling too on the tumbl trac. I did a two-to-full landed ten fell backwards and into the cement floor behind the resi and hit part of the floor where a wood panel is poking out. Now we usually have several mats around the resi just in case anyone goes sideways or something messes up to make sure noone gets hurt. Well one if the Ninjas moved that two mats that were there and that's why I fell into it. Now the flesh wound may be minor but my back kills now non addition to this almost out of the blue knee pain I've been having. Have no clue when I hurt it. But I can't straighten my legs without it hurting. So... I'm pissed. That's all. Rant over.

Mine in Ohio were just regular Target stores (and even then, I rarely ventured there).. but here in Texas, I guess almost all of them on this side of the city sell, as they call it, "fresh groceries."

Last night my best friend and I spent a solid 2 maybe more hours skyping each other and watching cat videos on youtube. My face hurt from laughing and the people next door asked me why they could hear angry cat noises coming from my dorm room... not sure if I should be embarrassed but some of the videos were so so so funny.

So I go to get the mail today after school like I always do and in the mail box was a box from "Just Cheer Bows." Mom, Dad... I know we got in a HUGE argument last night but I love you for adding to my collection :)

Whats your favorite non face products from them?

i know you didn't ask me, but i'm answering anyways :p i went through a phase of only using their brand of everything. i've since found better options, and moved on, but i've tried everything.

i hate hate hate and do not recommend their eyeshadow. it's in the same sort of container as their face stuff, so it's a loose eye shadow, but you have to shake it out. and the colors aren't very vibrant.

their lip glosses aren't awful, but i prefer other brands a little more. there are some nice colors, though, but they're very sticky. the lipsticks dried out my lips too much for my liking.

i have a brush set, and all of their brushes are phenomenal! still the only brushes i use. i also have their brush cleaner/shampoo which i use monthly and it works well.

their "flawless definition" mascara is amazing. the only mascara i use, actually. the regular (non-waterproof) formula is better than the waterproof, if you're comparing the two.

the prime time face primer is my favorite makeup primer. it smooths out everything before putting makeup on.

the expandable makeup bag they sell literally holds nothing, (like their brand brushes don't even fit in the brush holders) so don't get tricked into buying that.

if you can't tell i'm obsessed with makeup. i've probably tried other things of theirs, but can't remember, so if there's something specific you're wondering about just ask!
