The greatest thing I took away from the whole tumblr thing is this....and I simply can't get past it.
There is a special place in $&@! For people that run accounts like this. Their entire existence is based on being hateful to other people they don't even know. What possible benefit is that sort of behavior to the human race? I simply can't understand it. For all the energy expended into causing drama, spreading negativity and generally being the antithesis of what every major religion and ethics course is predicated on...what could they accomplish if that energy was directed positively? As it is, their choice is to seek out and intend to hurt others. Their goal is the belittle, break down and destroy. Who does that?
All I know, is when this life ends for me I want my legacy to be one that meant something positive. These people clearly have no appreciation for karma....or human kindness...or dignity. Because the systematic and deliberate intent behind these accounts to destroy other human beings for no purpose at all might just be the textbook definition of evil.
That's what I can't get past. I simply shake my head and use them as the poster child example for the kind of person I never want to be.
Karma is a real thing. I'd feel sorry for them if I thought they deserved it.
