Newbie Questions!

Okay, so I am clearly a newbie!
But anyways, when i reply back to someones post or thread, how do i know that they commented back or someone else did? Will it show up under my conversation tap down or somewhere else?! Other than that, I already love this site and can't wait to start using it more!

If you quote what they wrote (like I just did you) it should show up under the updates at the top. Kind of like your notifications on Facebook. If your on a mobile device using Tapatalk it's under under the first icon I believe it's called dashboard.

If you comment in a thread (unless you have changed some settings) and someone replies in the thread after you... (maybe not directly to you) it should just show up in the same place as when you reply to someone directly.

Let's say you go in a thread and your talking about someone or to someone but maybe they have not commented in that thread yet. You can put an " @ " sign in front of their user name like
Bailee and then it will tag them directly and let them know that you tagged them in a thread.

Also when someone "shimmys" you it can also show up in the same place as the other things!
