Spirit Festival posted rankings and special awards. What is a "Next Level" award?

Not sure if this is the same or accurate for Spirit Festival, but at a comp I was at this season, the "Next Level" award was the Grand Champion award. If it is Grand Champ, there should have been 5 "next level" awards awarded, if all 5 levels were there.

Grand champions were awarded as usual.... I think it was a judges personal favorite team?
