The Cheerleading Marketing Coordinator reports to: Creative Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Designing marketing materials, using Photoshop and Illustrator, for the Nfinity outside sales team, ensuring alignment to brand standards.
- Conduct field market research and deliver information to all key stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing team in all aspects of branding including advertising, point of sale, local and national programs, and promotion development.
- Manage the marketing team calendar and prioritization for marketing collateral development.
- Design and produce all marketing material requested from the outside sales team.
- Support the marketing team with overflow brand design materials.
- Travel to various events including photo and video shoots, Pop-Up stores, trade shows, and other cheerleading events as required.
- Coordinate day-of activities for all major marketing initiatives including talent booking, scheduling, vendor and space location
- Travel up to 50% is required, based on season
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are a REQUIREMENT
- Experience in the All-Star cheerleading industry STRONGLY preferred
- Experience in the cheerleading industry is REQUIRED
- Must be creative, detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and successfully meet multiple deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to build and implement policies and procedures related to the cheerleading brand initiatives
- 4 year college degree in Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Desire and ability to take risks, and to take responsibility for results- a finisher
