This is my 1st post. I need to get some info on drills I can use with my girls. I would like to see if there are any drills out there for switch ups. I just don't want anyone getting hurt while they try to learn them.

Those 72 hrs won't be fun... lol, attempt to post every day. Even tho it says wait 72 hrs, sometimes you can do stuff before that. I think I only had to wait 2 days even though I was told 72 hours lol
