High School Non Tumbling

I was looking on Uca varsity website about this type of team I was wondering if anyone could give me more information about this kind of cheer leading because my team would like to get into it for next year and if there's any helpful tips when planning to compete against other teams like this. Non-tumbling: No feet over head rotation except inversions into load in positions, stunts and pyramids.

Best advise I can give is look up teams that placed well in past years, and search for videos of them online to get a feel of what you'd be up against.
