sooo....I have a tumbling class today that is focused on just BT and the teacher is leaving for college in about a week or two and I would really love for him to see me improve a lot cause I want him to be proud and part of my problem is....
A. I drop my chest
B. I sometimes stop my set or I set back to much
C. I jump out way to early
D. I don't stay in a tight ball
I know I have alot wrong with it but if anyone has any tips at all they'd be very gratefully appreciated thnk you for all of your help!!!!

So, i think as you posted you know what you are doing wrong - that's a great start.
I assume your coach gave you corrections for all this problems?
If yes, good. Try to really focus on these corrections while you are practising.

Like having a point where you look at when you set and look at it as long as possible. Not just say: Okay, i'll try. Concentrate on taking the corrections.

What helps sometimes is visualizing yourself doing the skill, in this case your tuck, perfectly. Like see yourself doing it in slowmotion and every little step is perfect.

If you are a visual learner, ask someone to video your tuck and then watch the Video and check every point you mentioned - what is good, what could you improve and how should it look like.

Then: Do your drills your coach gave you. If you want to improve, work hard on everything that will help you with the skill.
