So my team is all new in senior L6 this year, last year we were junior L5.
We've been doing backtuck tosses, x-out tosses, layouts and full-twisting frontflip tosses. Last practise we were doing x-out full's, which I tought was a wierd order to learn.
What would you guys teach/prefer to do first, fulls or x-out fulls?

I don't fly baskets, but all of my fliers have told me that X-out fulls are easier because you don't twist until after the flip.

The reason they think it is easier is because they are doing their full wrong. The X-out is making them wait until the correct time and position to twist. If they applied that to their regular full it would probably fix their fulls and they will find them easier! The flip is more important than the twist!
