are there any of you that play any other sports with cheerleading? I'm an avid field hockey player- my team are state champs. what other sports o you guys play? how do you manage that and cheering? :rolleyes:

I'm a softball player as well as a cheerleader, its hard doing with all-star with softball but normally high school works out with it being different seasons.

Track is a good option. Most cheerleaders excel at sprints and the jumping events.

Cross country is a great sport. It doesn't conflict with timing of competitions and conditions them for cheer :)
