I understand that an at large was not accepted and Cheerforce L6 received it. I thought they weren't eligible because you needed 50% of your program there. Shouldnt it have gone to the team after CF? Just wondering if that was really a rule for this comp or am I confusing comps?

It is stated on the Pac west website that they enforce a 50% rule for summit and worlds bids to keep it a large and competitive comp. And south elite titans turned down the at-large but I'm not sure who it went to.

Idk if It works this way but that team is from cf rancho and I may be wrong but rancho only has 2 teams? So 1 team would be 50%, Correct?

That could be, I didnt think of that, they are out of Covina, I have no idea how many teams they have.
