What is half-in half-out? Reverse hands?

Cupie - crunch - cupie, but the flyer continues to spin the same direction so the base has to release it.

Toss half in to hands reverse pop half turn to stunt. Usually they twist opposite ways.

I was going to suggest Tarzans. They're not particularly difficult, but it's transitional. Same with ponies.
