my girls practice 3 times a week. monday: 1 and a half hours. thursday: 2 hours (plus an optional tumbling class). sunday: 2-3 hours depending on team.
so all in all they could practice 5 and 1/2 to 7 and 1/2 hours a week!
All our teams practice two days a week for three hors each with exception to the little ones.
my team, however, is also required to come in an extra hour a week minimum to work skills.
they'd like it to be primarily for tumbling but we can do whatever.so what's that... 7 hours a week for me. not including open gyms and if one takes privates

For me it's 15-16 cuz I double team and i tumble and I'm always there
Monday-(2)2 1/2 hour practices overlap by a half an hour
Tuesday- tumble for fun from 3-6/7
Wednesday-(same as Monday)
Thursday- J5 2-1/2 hour practice private for an hour
Friday-optional tumbling 2hours
Saturday- optional tumbling 2hours
Sunday- 3 hour practice
No time for sleeping!! <333
