it was discussed numerous times about the amount of teams in international divisions such as IOC5 moving on to round 2/3. it was proposed that if the number teams in an international division is too much they should take 50%, I COMPLETELY AGREE!! but there also is another thing. The worlds scoresheet for international divisions are already adjusted in favor of outside countries because the US is more tumble heavy, with that being said, y take x amount of teams for each country if the scoresheets are already adjusted in their favor. i know its fair to take x teams from each country, but tehy already have the score sheets. so how about just have everyone compete with each other and take 50% of the division, and im sure several other countries will be in the top 50%. the only thing that contradicts my suggestion is the whole nation's cup and the award...

The score sheet was adjusted to close the scoring gap and give the international teams a better chance. The US will remain the leader in IOC5 for quite a long time i feel.

Go look at the score sheet for US Finals and then look at the score sheet for the Nations Cup and see where the highest placing international team fell among all of the US teams.
