This concept still escapes me... when do these people find time to drink?! Why on earth would you want to be drunk around your kids.... hellllooooo buzzkill.....
your bring a flask and take a sip anytime a team from your division hits a solid routine.

I had to stop watching....the stomping and the GRATING voice was too much for me. She sounded like the moms of some of the girls I played softball with when I was little. They were a bunch of alcoholics and would get sloshed then come to the games and scream at their daughters...at the opposing team...at the coaches...at the umpires. Seriously, she just brought back some horrible childhood memories I worked hard to repress!
This lady is from LA. She was at the LHSAA state comp. We were dead watching her in the stands! The arena employees had to come up and tell her to stop stomping bc she was knocking down the ceiling underneath... True story!!!! It was out of control. Oh and Arch Bishop Hannah < impressive.

Can I say that I'm kinda embarrassed that Louisiana state high school cheerleading make the boards prob for the first time and this is what's posted! I promise we aren't all like this women or Swamp People for that matter. Haha. Choot 'em Clint! Love that show :)

That's all fine and well, but I still don't understand why you would want to be drunk around your kids. That is just... ugh.... not fun. I guess I just prefer to save those rare moments (and believe me, it's rare form too!) for when I get away from my kids. Kind of like a celebration of momentary independance, lol....

^^^^^^i posted this once (I think under a World's thread), but when my son was 12, his all star baseball team made it to the state tournament. The parent group soon divided into two groups, those there to do the family thing and those there to have adult social time with long happy hours. And there was a lot of drinking in front of kids. I'm not bashing social drinking, but there are appropriate times and places. When you are supposed to be focused on a child's tournament does not happen to be one of them IMO. And I saw a few at NCA last year, it is not cool when you see a little girl trying to get her drunk mom to go back to their room.
