has anyone ever used/ recomended using pumas for tumbling instead of nfinitys? im debating on to buy the same old evolutions every year but i think theyre still to heavy hahaha HELP :)

I definitely would not recommend pumas over infinity's, especially if you are looking for a lighter shoe. However, I do recommend pumas for kids in my tumbling classes that don't have a "real cheer shoe". But IMO between the two infinity is much much better than pumas.

I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO USE PUMAS FOR MY CHEER SHOES!

The pumas do not have counter support (if you hold on to the heel and toe and twist). Too much counter creates too much roll in the foot and causes various ankle issues. Especially on growing kids, these are the WORST shoes for a tumbler. My daughter ended up at physical therapy for a year and in ankle braces. We brought the shoes to the orthopedic and he absolutely wanted us out of those shoes.
