I used to be able to do this skill with out a problem, but then I hurt my back and I haven't be been able to do one since... My main problem is that it hurts to land. Is there any way to fix my landing?
 
I get around just fine, but I land in a crouch, it's pretty flat footed in the landing... Do you think that is my problem? I have never been good at tumbling on my toes.
 
YES. If you land flat footed the jolt isn't absorbed by your knees, it just kind of hits them and they'll either hurt or give in.

I'd love a video, but if that's impossible, perhaps tucking a little tighter (this means you'll spin faster, but be sure not to overspin) would help as you'd land a little more on your toes.

I actually figured out my problem!!(: I wasn't waiting long enough to tuck but thanks anyways!!!
