All-Star Question On Trade Marks?

okay so i know that if you use:
Top Gun All-stars
Cheer Extreme All-stars
Cheer Athletics


all of those are copy righted. so say i wanted to make a bow that said, TG Jags and had a claw would i be sued? or i had CEA with an "x" man what all would happen?

this question may have been answered but i havent seen it anywhere.
