I know this isn't really cheer related but what are the short clips that play over as over again whenever you send them to someone on iPhones? Like I don't know how to explain it but it only plays after you've sent it to someone on iMessage. It's kinda like this one!

Your example is a GIF and it works in other places besides iMessage
