I'm thinking of rejoing cheer but I'm slightly terrified. My local gym has a Masters team. I only have cheerabillites and slight adult cheer experience. I have little stunting experience as a front spot. What should I do?

We have Masters in the UK and it's age 17+ but 75% of the team needs to be over 25. It's usually only level 1 and 2 here. Became popular over recent years as a lot of people here don't start cheer until university and want to continue when they graduate, but don't have the skills for an open team. We had a Masters team the past two seasons which was a mix of coaches, previously retired athletes and also some parents! Our parents liked it because it was less expensive to pay a competition entry fee than it was to buy spectator passes for some competitions!!I’m not familiar with the term 'Masters team.' I recommend stopping by the gym to talk to people and see if joining their team is a realistic option.
Go for it! If you aren't sure then reach out and ask them if the team would be suitable for you. A lot of people who join Masters teams have no experience at all.I'm thinking of rejoing cheer but I'm slightly terrified. My local gym has a Masters team.
