It says 50/50. It's kind of hidden. Look at the tab called "TEAM". There is a pdf file called "Scoring Manual" Below is an excerpt.
• The technical score (up to 100 pts)
• The presentation score (up to 50 points)
These two scores comprise the teams’ total performance score. Each team competes two times, most often, but not
always on consecutive days. Teams are judges by different judges each day. The Team Final Score is comprised of 1/2
or 50% the first day performance score and 1/2 or 50% the second day performance score. In the event of a tie, ties are broken by looking at the technical score, comprised of sum of the first and second day technical score.
