Running Backtuck Help?

Hey guys, I really want my round off bhs backtuck. I have a standing backtuck and a running backtuck with a spotter, but when I try to do it by myself I stop after the bhs. Any advice is appreciated.

When I read the thread title "running backtuck", for some reason I pictured someone sprinting full speed 20 meters then just hopping off their feet and doing a gainer. Lol.

i was doing the same thing!! now i finally have it by myself. i was doing that for about 2 weeks then my coach said just go for it. i had her stand there but then move away so i could do it by myself. then eventually i have it with no one standing there!! goodluck and i hope this helped!! :)
