How do i get scammers to give me my money/product?! I got scammed on a 25 dollar cheer shirt from the cheer market on here:(

I got scammed a few years ago by someone who calmed they moved before they received the shirts I sent them. Never got my shirts or money so I'm cautious about who I buy from now.

if a credit card was involved, call your cards bank and issue a chargeback. youll get your money back right away if its visa/mc/disc. the person than has the burden to show proof that they sent the item; they have to provide screenshots of the ups/fedex/usps/etc tracking/delivery confirmation.

Maybe there should be a rating system on Fierceboard, like on Amazon. If someone ships something to you and it comes in the condition that they claimed it would, then the buyer gives him/her a high rating and a good review. If not, they get a low rating and a bad review. How does that sound?
