Just got a notification that someone "shimmy-ed" my post. What does that mean?

I always thought a shimmy was more than a "like" but more of I agree and in affirmative with your statements and/or views. Similar to when some people attending a christian church service and punctuates the minister's statement with "Amen" or "Hallujah"...js!

And what about the "gossip" button what does that mean lolll. I remember when I first signed up they had a list of terms that are commonly used on here but I can't find it again :(

It's used if someone believes that a post is gossip.
