Shoulder Stretches?

I'm having a really hard time grabbing my scorpion, I've been told I need to stretch my shoulders more, what are some stretches I can do?
 
Sit on the ground. Straighten your arms and place your hands behind you (thumbs pointing outwards and fingers pointing behind you). Keep your arms shoulder-width apart behind you. Then slowly inch your butt forward by pulling through your heels until you feel a stretch in your shoulders. Do this slowly to prevent injury. *My disclaimer :)* Always consult a physician before attempting any stretching ;) and if you don't understand the stretch as described, do not perform it.
