Yes but try using a flexible fabric glue or heat and bond strips :)

In local fabric stores here in Sweden. I always use fabric, because there are like NO ribbons at all here.

I have this great stuff called Fray Check. I got it at JoAnns, and I can't make a bow without it... I'm in love with it and if I remember correctly, it's pretty cheap! :)

You can also use a wood burning tool to run along the ends of the bows. Essentially what you're doing is melting the ribbon, so don't hold it in one place too long or it will make a hole! They are available at Joann's, Michael's, and probably Wal-Mart, and not very expensive.
