College Sideline Cheer Only

I have been researching this for months and months with no luck at all.
Does anyone know of any colleges that have sideline cheer ONLY. Preferably California, but anywhere would help as well.

This thread (College's With Non-competitive Cheer Programs | Fierce Board - We Talk Cheerleading) names quite a few, but they're from all over America rather than just California so I don't know how much it'll help.

In California....sideline only is the norm! Only a few colleges compete.
