Sizing Help!

Hi guys. Well I have never ordered any shirts from Cheer Athletics before and today I'm planning on getting the G3FCA2A Long Sleeved shirt, but I'm not sure how the sizing goes. Is youth Small really small? Or should I just get an Adult? (Im not sure how big/small their clothes run.) In shirts I generally wear an S or M. Please help, I hope this made some sense.
