How do you propose solving the problem of different names for the same skill (I.e., flip-flop/BHS,etc.?) The site would almost be taking on the role of giving correct/official names, no?
We would have to have a glossary that indexes. Wikipedia's software is media wiki, and it is free. I think every time you run into a term you could link it back to the glossary or another page describing the term. This could be a HUGE help to high schools across the country and world and unify all the terms.
I guess that's what I mean. When someone looks up "flip-flop" it would refer back to "see Back Handspring," thereby making "Back Handspring" the official term. Well, what happens if the majority of people call it a "Back Handspring," but the person who submits the skill to the Wiki enters it as "Flip-Flop?"

You can put CA down as willing to help provide videos. We were kicking around the idea of doing something like that ourselves, but this project kind of screams for cooperation among many gyms.
Allstar levels is the only way to go. It's the only system set up with any type of progression.Awesome! I am going to work on setting up the software this weekend. I can't decide on how to organize it though. Like all-star via levels? It needs some order and organization. Is using all-star levels the best way to organize? And it will need a glossary.

In the glossary you will need to find the various names for each skill, i.e. prep/half/elevator/first floor. They all describe the same thing, but, are regional with the name.
Also, I will be more than willing to loan my movie trailer voice to narrate the skills.

Not really, 5'5" white guy, but, I do have a booming bass voice.I've always wondered what socrates sounds like. IDK... but I feel like you are 6'7", african american, with a deep baritone voice. Am I close?
Absolutely. Can you introduce skills with the scary movie voice?
