I'm pretty sure that's big n' bad by Kid Sister. It was in plenty of mixes in 2011 like Cheerforce coed Black and South jersey storm Avalanche :)

It not just a VoiceOver :P the beginning is actually an old soul song by SWV called "Do Ya" it's by 3 girls but don't let that throw you off. The part you're looking for is around 2:30 when the guy starts yelling. The second half of SE's dance mix is the breakdown of "When I Grow Up" by The PussyCat Dolls. The part you're looking for is towards the end and can't usually be heard when it's just the audio version so make sure to look up the actual music video.

Turn the World On by: Static Revenger feat. Dev... It's the protohype & kezwik remix. The part you're looking for starts at 1:14. This was also in champion cheer heat's mix and many others. :)

It is from the musical 9 to 5 :) the song name is Around Here :) the part you're looking for is at the very end. Whole song is pretty good though
