I think from my cheering experience, is that we practice in the school gym. I don't think the school would like us putting a pulley system in the ceiling... I also don't know of any all-star or gymnastics gyms nearby that have them on the ground, only over trampolines.I've always wondered why they weren't more widely used in cheer. I think they're great for learning stunting too. The coach can use the pulley to take some/all weight off the bases so they can be sure they have proper grip, and so things like a tick tock can be done at a slower speed and without worry of falls.

I really wish we could use them though... we're starting to work fulls...
The facility we used was a shared practice space with the schools gymnastics team. The gymnastics coach would come in and help us with instructing correct body positions and technique, it was highly effective for us.
