just looked at a vid of top gun 2010 worlds, 13 standing fulls and one standing double. I would assume that the four other guys that threw double doubles could have thrown them too, so it could have been as high as 17 (plus a standing double). IDk about otehr years this is just the first vid of them i watched. Btw, theres 15 in the formation but only two didnt throw that i saw.
