What is the USASF description of a straddle up in stunting?

It's essentially Brandon Senior Black's stunt back in 2012. My s3 worked on them one night at practice but they were awkward and didn't create a powerful visual going to any body position besides a lib (which you no longer get credit for) so we just nixed the idea.
