Stretching Help?

I had my needle a few months ago but because of an old back injury I haven't been able to pull it lately. Any suggestions?
 
I've heard the Gabbi Butler stretches on youtube help.. good luck!
 
Consistancy!
Give yourself enough time to heal, but make sure to be light stretching during receovery. When your done, dont slack! Stretch every day to see improvment!

Lucky for you, its easier to get flexability back, then it is to gain it!
