I stretch myself for about 30 minutes every day. But now I'm feeling too sore to stretch. Is there a certain stretch schedule that has worked for anyone? Like an hour every other day, or 15 minutes a day?

Also, do you know any good heel stretch stretches that can get me it by next week?

When you feel too sore to stretch, that's normally the most important time to stretch! You may not be as flexible as you normally are, but it's necessary to stretch out the sore muscles. This way you also don't lose the past few days of stretching for not stretching for a day.
