Stronger Standing Tumbling!! Help!!

ok so i have tryouts in about 4-5 weeks (im an aussie :p) For a level 2 team.
and im worried about my standing tumbling. Its just not very strong.
My running tumbling is very powerful but my coach really wants full team standing handspring handspring which i just cant throw properly.
ive had this problem a while so does anyone had any drills or skills that i could do at home or at the gym to help my standing tumbling strength in general??

Do you know where exactly you're struggling in your back handspring?
 
I wouldn't worry too much for tryouts, because we just had nationals and the next competition isn't until around June next year so you have lots of time to safely work towards new skills. The coaches should be able to see your potential and willingness to work on new things if you attend tryouts confidently :)
Which team are you trying out for? Good luck!
 
this isn't exactly help, but do teams in Australia follow the same rules as USA? Because two standing handsprings are illegal in L2 here. just wondering.

I cheer at Fit 2 Cheer in WA and i am trying out for the level 2 sharks

haha i just found out that it is illegal so maybe i dont need to worry so much :)
