"Hey everyone I'm not a cheerleader but i want to , but I'm curious about what practices are really like on all star teams.
How many stunts does an athlete usually do during atypical practice? I'm especially interested in the base perspective - like how many times they actually lift a flyer in one session.
It looks hard but i wsnt to know a number

Honestly, it's going to depend on each team, level, age, practice time, etc. My old gym did 3 fullouts a practice, my current gym averages 5 minimum. But higher levels and older athletes will obviously do more than younger kids and lower levels. It will also depend on if you're learning a new skill, or choreography, or if you're repping skills for cleaning or getting ready for comp. I'd say I average 15-20 reps of each stunt/section per practice, plus warm up reps and sections/full outs, depending on where we are in the season.
