Anyone know the rules on crossover times? I compete at 4:21 and again at 4:49, missing my second team's warm up almost completely. (second warm up starts at 4:14)

They say they allow 20 minutes between performances for crossovers.

I can't believe how late some of these compete times are!! There is a JUNIOR team that is competing at 10:27 pm with reveals at 11. That just seems ridiculous to me I just can't believe with all the new arenas they still have teams going that late. I haven't gone in two seasons because I aged out so maybe these times at summit aren't anything new but I was really surprised when I read it

If you are coming from the west coast it isn't bad. Way better than performing at 8 am after just flying in (we did that one year it was awful!).

So is arena’s north and south the tents? And arena east the new arena? Is there a map? Any hints or clues?

All 3 are in the new arena, no more tents! They're splitting it up into 3 or 4 floors, I can't remember how many. But sounds like 3 (east, north, south)
ETA: I'm looking over my list of teams in my area who received bids and I have a few who aren't on the schedule. Wonder if they were forgotten or if they declined their bids? Is this schedule final?

Yep, they are all in the new arena. It's split into 4 sections, and one of the sections (west) will be for awards. No more tents.

I doubt it's final this early. There's probably a decent number of teams that aren't going that got bids, there are every year. I do see a few spots in the schedule that are just left blank but have a division and meet/warm up time, not the ones that just say "open". So teams could potentially be slotted into those I guess.

My CP competed at 10pm last year at Summit. We actually loved it. Got to sleep in. Plus we live in central time zone, so it was only 9pm to our bodies.
