The back isn't that open, you could probably take a bra of her choice to a good alterations person and they could customize it to work with the uniform. It isn't a cheap option, but she would end up with a supportive bra that she likes.

I decided to try this one in black. It's pretty affordable and if it doesn't work with the uni she can always wear it to practice.
